Children’s Chess Returns This Autumn
Our popular children’s chess programme is back for another exciting season. Every Tuesday, children of all ages can learn chess through practical games, puzzles and friendly competition in a safe and encouraging environment. Experienced volunteers help every child develop at their own pace while having fun and making new friends. New members are always welcome.

Eiker Blitz Invitational 2026
Eiker Sjakklubb proudly welcomed players from across Norway to the annual Eiker Blitz Invitational. The tournament was held at Rådhuskantina in Hokksund and featured eighteen rounds of FIDE-rated blitz chess using a time control of three minutes plus two seconds increment.
